Our all natural, sustainably sourced Blue Mussels are de-bearded, sand-free, and simple to use. The vacuum pack process retains the natural juices and flavor and provides 100% yield with no gapers or unusable mussels to discard.

These fully cooked mussels can be boiled or steamed in or outside of the packaging. Reheat by boiling, steaming or sautéing for 8-10 minutes and they will open just as if they had been prepared from the fresh state.
