If for any reason you are not, please contact us at info@panapesca.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Please refer to the information below regarding shipping information.

  • For orders under $150, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $12.99.
  • Since we are shipping frozen products, a minimum order of $45 is required in order to proceed with checkout. 
  • All products are shipped frozen. Your ordered products will arrive frozen in a corrugated cardboard box lined with a recyclable insulation pad. All products are placed inside the insulated box along with dry ice to ensure the products remain frozen in transit. We ship using the latest developments in eco-friendly packaging and materials.
  • If you’re not home to receive your order, your order will be left at your front door if the delivery driver is able to. All orders are insulated and packed with dry ice. Products should be placed in your freezer once received. We are not responsible for orders that have been delivered but not retrieved in a timely manner. All orders are default shipped ‘No Signature Required’.
  • The majority of orders will arrive 2-3 days after they have shipped. Orders are delivered on weekdays only. Orders placed by 10 am CST will be shipped same day, provided that they can be delivered by Friday. Orders placed after 10 am CST will be shipped the next day, provided that they can be delivered by Friday. If an order cannot be shipped for delivery by Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. Other factors such as weather and holidays may affect the timing of your order.
  • We do not ship outside of the Continental United States or to California/Hawaii/Alaska.

  

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.
  • On the off chance that your products are delivered overly thawed, damaged, or incorrect we will offer a refund or replace the items at no additional charge. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • If your order does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
