Shop now at PanaPesca USA to discover our wide selection of premium-quality frozen seafood and get free shipping on all orders over $150. Each individually-packed seafood product will arrive frozen at your doorstep and ready for freezer storage.
HANDLING AND PACKING
Whether you’re looking to order our frozen seafood mixes and medleys, mussels, clams, calamari, octopus, or shrimp and scallops, every PanaPesca product we send will be picked by hand and carefully packed by one of our associates.
Our products are shipped frozen and will arrive in a corrugated cardboard box lined with a recyclable insulation pad. We ship using eco-friendly, sustainable packaging materials. We also use dry ice in our boxes to keep our products frozen until they reach your door.
Due to the complexity of packing and shipping frozen seafood, we do require a minimum order of $45 to proceed with checkout.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PANAPESCA PRODUCTS
You can expect your order to arrive two to three days after it leaves our warehouse. Orders are only delivered on weekdays.
o Orders placed by 10 am CST will be shipped the same day, provided that they can be delivered by Friday.
o Orders placed after 10 am CST will be shipped the next day, provided that they can be delivered by Friday.
If an order cannot be dispatched for delivery by Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. Other factors, such as weather and holidays, may affect the timing of your order.
RECEIVING YOUR PANAPESCA PRODUCTS
PanaPesca will provide you with a tracking number, so you’ll know when to expect your order. If you are unable to receive it yourself, your box will be left at your front door if the delivery driver is able to.
Upon receiving your order, you can either prepare it for cooking right away or store it in the freezer.
Store
When frozen properly, your PanaPesca seafood product will keep in the freezer until the marked expiration date on each pack.
Defrost
Thaw your seafood product in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes.
